How long does sourcing take?

Most bags are sourced and secured within 14 business days or less.
The exact timeline depends on how rare the item is and current market availability. Once your bag is located, you’ll receive detailed photos and authentication confirmation before it ships.


Is full payment required upfront?

Yes. Full payment is required before sourcing begins.
Each item is sourced specifically for you through trusted domestic and international suppliers and cannot be reserved without payment. Your payment confirms your order and covers time, authentication fees, and acquisition costs. This policy ensures that every item we source is held exclusively for you and prevents counterfeit or non-serious inquiries.


What brands can you source?

We work with verified suppliers and collectors worldwide to access most major luxury brands, including:
Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Prada, Fendi, YSL, Gucci, Celine, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, and more.
If you have a specific item in mind, submit a sourcing request, our network specializes in locating both classic and limited-edition pieces.


How do I know my bag is authentic?

Every bag we source is professionally authenticated before it reaches you.
All items come with a Certificate of Authenticity issued through a trusted third-party verification partner. 
We also provide photo and serial verification documentation for your records. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
All international orders are fully insured and include tracking and signature confirmation. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final.
Because each bag is sourced specifically to your request, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the sourcing process has begun.
If a bag is ever found to be inauthentic by an industry-recognized authentication service, we will issue a full refund — authenticity is guaranteed.
